Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we offer varying Return/Exchange policies to customers based on order volume, products ordered, and any agreements or contracts we have in place with our buyers. Please refer to the terms we have laid out for you in your account page for account-specific policies and services.

At a general request-level, please refer to the default return/exchange program outlined below. For any questions, please reach out to us at (enter email contact)

General Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept return/exchange requests within 30 days of receipt of the product.

The customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange back to us and whatever expenses may be associated with that. We are happy to help by offering our own shipping labels for the same charge that we pay; please reach out to us if this is something you would like to hear more about.

All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Refused merchandise will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense, or subject to restocking fees. 

Returns

"Returns" refers to the return of an item, with the intent to receive a refund, based on reasons that include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Size
  • Fit
  • Product features not as expected

Return requests should NOT include defects, wear-and-tear, or faulty listings. We will always help in handling defects, wrong-product shipments, or incorrect product information where we can, but we do not accept returns of worn products, washed products, or products with normal wear-and-tear.

Exchange requests, defective items, damaged packaging, or anything that was an issue on our or the manufacturer's part, are all handled separately (see below).

Returns are subject to a strict 30-day policy. Any return requests that are submitted beyond that, will be subject to a restocking fee if the request is accepted.

We do not accept returns on items that are being closed out or discontinued

 

Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges as long as the request is within 30 days from when you received your item(s). We try to be very flexible with customers who are working with a timeline here so as long as we are in communication about the exchange process, we are happy to accommodate you past this window.

For smaller exchange requests, and based on customer order history - we may offer to cover the shipping on one or two sizes that are part of a larger order. This is a service that we will look into on a case-by-case basis and therefore, is not advertised as something we offer in general.

Damaged/Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you have received a damaged or defective product. If this was the case, please fill out the following form [Enter form] and submit it with any photos or descriptions that may help expedite the process. We usually work with the manufacturer to help sort out defects/damages so we appreciate your patience in this matter - we will not leave you hanging!

Rentals/Returns based on Need

We are not equipped or setup to offer products to "rent" or under any agreement that the products are going to knowingly be sent back for a refund. This may be a feature that we incorporate later on but customers found to be abusing our return policy in line with using our system to rent products from us will be noted and likely hit with restocking fees on any returns. Please see section below for more information.

Restocking Fees

In general, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to any return of over 5 products per order - not including items being exchanged.
